Welcome to Paws & Pâtisserie. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Paws & Pâtisserie. "You" refers to the customer placing an order.
Products
All of our products are handcrafted to order using pet-friendly ingredients.
As each item is handmade, slight variations in colours, decorations, frosting, and overall appearance may occur. While every effort is made to closely match the advertised product, each creation is unique.
Product images are provided as examples only.
Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Any personalised details (including your pet's name, age and colour selections) have been checked before submitting your order.
- You understand that personalised products cannot be resold and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed.
Orders will not be prepared until payment has been successfully received.
Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct collection or delivery option during checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery where applicable.
Once an order has been collected or successfully delivered, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Pet Safety
Our products are intended as occasional treats for healthy pets.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the ingredients are suitable for their individual pet, including any allergies, sensitivities or dietary requirements.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pet, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before feeding.
Fresh drinking water should always be available when treats are provided.
Storage
For best quality:
- Refrigerate cakes and cupcakes upon collection or delivery.
- Follow any storage instructions provided with your order.
- Consume products within the recommended timeframe.
Paws & Pâtisserie cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by incorrect storage after collection or delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details regarding cancellations, refunds and replacements.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, branding, designs and website content remain the property of Paws & Pâtisserie and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws & Pâtisserie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
