At Paws & Pâtisserie, every cake, cupcake, biscuit and treat is handcrafted to order using fresh, pet-friendly ingredients. As our products are personalised and perishable, we ask that you read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Due to the personalised and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect flavour, colour or size selected during ordering
• Orders no longer required
• Your pet choosing not to eat the product
• Minor variations in decoration, colours or design, as each item is individually handcrafted.

Order Cancellations

• More than 7 days' notice: Full refund.
• Between 3 and 7 days' notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours' notice: No refund.
  

If you need to change your collection date, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
